We are now accepting new advertising reservations!
The Golden Gate Mothers Group publishes a black and white newsletter 10 times a year, with double issues for December/January and June/July. We schedule the newsletter to arrive at our members doors by the first of the month. We have nearly 3000 members in San Francisco.
Monthly Advertising Rates
We permit ads from business card size to full page. We do not provide discounts for placing ads in multiple newsletters.
- Business card:
- $70 (3.5" wide x 2" tall)
- Quarter page:
- $110 (3.5" wide x 5" tall)
- Half page:
- $175 (7.5" wide x 5" tall or 3.5" wide x 10" tall)
- Full page:
- $500 (7.5" wide x 10" tall)
Submitting Your Ad
Artwork for ads is due a little over 5 weeks prior to our publication date. Deadlines for 2007/8 are in the calendar below. Email completed ads to newsletter@ggmg.org.
- We can accept ads in pdf, tiff of jpeg format only.
- Please make sure that your ad dimensions are correct to the size ad that you are buying. We will not adjust artwork.
- Please be sure to save your ad artwork file with your company name in the filename.

Reserving Ad Space
We allow advertisers on a first come, first served basis until we have reached our limit of ads for that month. To reserve space:
- Email us at newsletter@ggmg.org to let us know what months and what size ad you would like, and so that we can confirm that there is space available for the requested months.
- Mail your check, made out to GGMG, to:

Most months we sell out of ad space, so we encourage advertisers to reserve space as early as possible. Ads can be placed one month at a time, for three consecutive months at a time, or a selection of months throughout the year. After the 3rd month, we require at least a one-month break to allow advertisers on our waiting list an opportunity to place an ad. You can reserve up to 6 ads at one time.
Your reservation is not final until we receive your check. We'll generally hold your reservation for two weeks from the date you place the reservation, to give you time to mail the check. If we do not receive your payment within two weeks, we may give your space to another advertiser. Given our large volume of inquiries, we cannot guarantee that we will notify you before releasing your reservation for another advertiser. We will notify you when we receive the check, so please let us know if you have not received confirmation for your payment. We do not accept online or credit card payments at this time.
